I
never knew edible gum is available and is used in most of the processed
food and specially Indian food. Though I love Antinunde / Karadantu /
Ladu with Edible gum, I never knew edible gum is one of the main
ingredient in this sweet.
And
also learnt many of these gums are used along with the starch in
preparing few of the dishes and specially in processed food.
