An inspirational figure Faith Popcorn amazed me as I was reading about Brain Reserve.
She is a futurist, author and CEO of Brain Reserve (marketing consulting firm)
She identified many trends that determine customer behavior. And her famous prediction “Cocooning” made lots of talk.
