These
crispy small gol puffs filled with freshly cut vegetables especially
onion and juiced with spicy mint water made a perfect evening.
This yummy chat is called as Gol Gappa or Pani puri or Puchkas.
This is one of mine and Darpan's favourite chat which we often have @ home.
I remember the days of mysore, the way we friends used have chat time every afternoon
after college.
When
I recall my times in bangalore where each and every street has Pani
puri stalls serving spicy awesome gol guppa. I used to enter any street,
spend some little money and keep munching the crispy puris filled with
pani till my tummy says stop.
I badly miss those days, and those street pani puri.
